Below are some common questions about shipping.
Do shipments have any cost?
Nope. Shipping is completely free in Spain.
Shipments outside of Spain may incur an additional cost.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Poland.
How long will it take for my Bumbba to arrive?
In Spain and Portugal, it’ll arrive in 24/48 hours. For other countries, it takes between 5 to 15 working days.
Can I buy now and schedule delivery for later?
Absolutely. Just give us 5–7 days’ notice of your preferred date, and we’ll make it happen with the factory.
What are the box dimensions?
As far as we know, it’s the smallest box in the world that can fit a 3-seater sofa bed — though Bumbba isn’t just a sofa bed, it’s much more than that. The box measures 75x50x90cm and weighs around 46 kilos.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days to try Bumbba at home once it arrives.
In case you want to return it, you just have to request it via email and we will provide you with the instructions.
Returns are free of charge.
