This prize draw is organised by NUBBA SPACES, S.L., owner of the Bumbba brand, with its registered office at C/Llauder, 7, 1º 3ª, 08003 Barcelona, Spain, and Spanish tax identification number B67834101, hereinafter referred to as “Bumbba”.

02   Purpose of the Prize Draw

As part of its Black Month campaign, Bumbba is organising a prize draw for customers who make a purchase through its online store during the promotional period.

The prize consists of a €300 voucher to spend on the Bumbba website.

03   Entry Period

The prize draw will run from 9 November 2026 at 00:00 until 15 November 2026 at 23:59, inclusive, based on mainland Spain time.

Only orders placed and confirmed during this period that meet the conditions set out in these terms and conditions will be eligible.

04   Entry Requirements

To enter the prize draw, customers must:

•  Make a purchase through the Bumbba online store between 9 and 15 November 2026.

•  Place an order with a total value of €500 or more, after all applicable discounts have been applied.

•  Provide a valid email address during checkout.

•  Comply with Bumbba’s general terms and conditions of purchase.

Entry is automatic. No additional registration, newsletter subscription or form submission is required.

Each eligible order will count as one entry into the prize draw.

Orders cancelled or returned before the winner is selected will be excluded.

05   Geographical Eligibility

The prize draw is open to customers who place eligible orders through the Bumbba online store for delivery to the following countries:

Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and the United Kingdom.

06   Prize

One €300 voucher will be awarded to a single winner, to be used on the Bumbba online store.

The prize will be issued as a personalised, exclusive discount code, which the winner will receive by email.

The voucher can be used to purchase products available on the Bumbba website, including covers, accessories, pouffes, arms and other modules.

Voucher conditions:

•  Value: €300.

•  Where to use it: Official Bumbba online store.

•  Validity: 6 months from the date the code is emailed to the winner.

•  Redemption: The voucher must be used in a single purchase. Its value cannot be split across multiple orders.

•  Exchange: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to the order used to enter the prize draw.

07   Winner Selection

Once the entry period has ended, Bumbba will compile all orders that meet the eligibility requirements.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible orders using a digital prize draw platform.

The draw will take place during the week commencing 16 November 2026.

08   Winner Notification

Bumbba will contact the winner directly using the email address provided when placing their order.

The winner will be informed that they have won and will receive their exclusive €300 discount code, along with instructions on how to redeem it.

Other participants will not be notified individually.

09   Data Protection

The personal data used to manage the prize draw will be the information provided by participants during the purchasing process.

Bumbba will process the data necessary to verify entries, select the winner and arrange delivery of the prize, in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.

10   Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Participation in the prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Bumbba reserves the right to exclude any entries that do not meet the stated requirements or that show signs of irregularities.

This prize draw is a promotion organised by Bumbba and is not sponsored, administered by or associated with Instagram.
