This website "www.bumbba.com" (the "Web Platform") is owned by NUBBA SPACES, S.L., commercially known as "Bumbba" ("Bumbba" or "we"), a company legally incorporated under Spanish law, with its registered office at Carrer de la Riera de Sant Miquel, 1 BIS, 08006 Barcelona., with tax identification number B-67834101 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Tarragona, under Volume 3086, Page 88, Sheet number T-53119, Entry 1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Web Platform is the online sale of Bumbba products to end consumers for domestic use. If you are a professional or company, please contact us at hello@bumbba.com.

ACCEPTANCE AND INTEGRITY

Access to and use of our Web Platform, as well as its information, services, and contents are subject to applicable regulations and the provisions established in the terms and policies of the Web Platform. Users of this Web Platform ("User/s") acknowledge and accept that they have read and understood the Terms of Use and Sale and the Privacy and Cookie Policies. By using our Web Platform, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to comply with them to the extent that they apply.

MODIFICATION

Bumbba reserves the right to modify the terms and policies of the Web Platform. Therefore, it is important that the User consults them regularly. In no case shall the modifications of the Terms and Conditions apply retroactively to transactions already carried out, as they only apply to future transactions.

REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

Registration is not required to visit the Web Platform. However, the user must register to place an order through it. Only adult users who are residents in Spain, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, can register. To complete the registration, the user must provide the requested information, which must be real and accurate, and must keep the confidentiality of their user account, which shall be unique and non-transferable, as well as keep all their data updated.

USE OF THE WEB PLATFORM

The User agrees in general to comply with these Terms. Users are fully responsible for accessing and properly using the website and its contents, subject to current legislation, as well as to the principles of good faith, good customs, and public order.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Bumbba reserves the right to temporarily suspend the services of the Web Platform for technical, security, or maintenance reasons. Such action shall not entitle the User to any compensation. Bumbba reserves the right to make such changes without prior notice and shall not be liable, as a result of such actions, for the deletion or failure to provide the services and functionalities of the Web Platform.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Bumbba, either on its own or as a transferee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its Web Platform, as well as to the elements contained therein (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software, or text; trademarks or logos, combinations of colors, structure, and design...), and their reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including the mode of making them available, in whole or in part, of the contents of this Web Platform, on any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the authorization of Bumbba.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between Bumbba and the User shall be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).

PRODUCTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS

The products may only be intended for domestic use. Bumbba shall in no case be liable for any claims arising from use other than that for which the Bumbba product is designed.

PURCHASE PROCESS

Once the desired product or products have been selected, the User will access the "Shopping Cart," a page where all information related to the purchase will be displayed: quantity, price, shipping, etc.

ORDERS

The confirmation of the order by the User constitutes a contractual offer to purchase the product in question. The offer will be perfected at the time Bumbba confirms the order by sending a confirmation email together with the corresponding payment receipt.

PAYMENTS

Users represent and warrant to Bumbba that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method selected at the time of placing their order, releasing Bumbba from any liability for unauthorized or otherwise illegitimate use.
